By creating an account or using JobPill, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

JobPill is an AI-powered job matching tool. It scrapes publicly available job listings, scores them against your profile and criteria using AI, and surfaces the most relevant matches in a personal dashboard.

JobPill is currently in early access. Features may change, and service availability is not guaranteed.

You must be at least 18 years old to use JobPill. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (including CV content) is accurate and belongs to you.

You retain ownership of all data you upload, including your CV. By uploading your CV, you grant JobPill a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your job-matching profile.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any CV or document you provide.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings for purposes other than your personal job search.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Scoring criteria, cover letters, and match analyses are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). This content is provided for informational purposes only. JobPill makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Always review AI output before using it in applications.

JobPill aggregates publicly available job listings. We do not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of listings. Always independently verify a company and role before applying.

JobPill is a job search tool, not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

We aim to keep JobPill running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with or without notice, particularly during the early access period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobPill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed job opportunities or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
